Luciano Mogni

(Buenos Aires, Argentina – 1976)

Biography

The visual artist who portrays the folklore typical of the Argentine suburbs and its characters in paintings and murals; transforming it into works of social contemporary art. “My work is a witness to the current reality. Making these worlds visible and addressing them culturally is a first step!

Today the neighborhoods and their people have to be more united than ever, generate support networks, connect art with the neighborhood, reinforce its culture and strengthens its own identity. Luciano joined the Gesicht Art family, delighting ourselves with a painting of an event that occurred in the streets of Berlin.

“I found a new way of making art, of bringing reality to the table, the reality close to one, the neighborhood.”
